Refund Policy
Walk throughs
Any cleaning that takes place while the Client is present will be completed by the Client doing a walk through to check for any areas that might be incomplete or not up to standards. Once this walk though has been completed and confirmed, the Client will be presented with an invoice to sign, indicating that the work has been completed to their satisfaction and payment will be completed at that time. No refunds will be given once the walk through has been preformed and signed off on.
24 Hour Call Back Window
In the event that the Client is not present to preform a walk though inspection, the Client will have 24 hours from the completion of service to call Gold Cleaning Services LLC and inform them that their service did not meet their expectations. In the event that this is the case, Gold Cleaning Services LLC will make every attempt to resolve this issue by returning for a reclean of the affected area at no charge. At this time, if the service is still unsatisfactory, Gold Cleaning Services LLC and the Client can discuss next steps on a case by case basis.
Sub-Contractor Payment Policy
Sub contractors hired by Gold Cleaning Services LLC are an extension of the company and are held to the same standards as full time employees. Sub contractors will complete all work assigned by Gold Cleaning Services LLC to the best of their abilities and treat every Client with the utmost importance and quality work. Sub contractors will be paid for their work once the 24 hour call back window has closed, provided that there are no issues. In the event that Gold Cleaning Services LLC does receive a call back on a job that the sub contractor completed, the sub contractor will return for a reclean at no additional charge. Payment to the sub contractor will be released after the reclean is signed off on.
